Orders must be placed and accepted by 11am, for delivery the next day.
A phone number is required upon placing your order, so the courier can contact you with an estimated time slot.
Deliveries can be made up until 6pm on delivery day.
Orders placed over weekends or bankholidays will be processed on the next working day. Allow 2 days for delivery from date of order processing.
CUSTOMER CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. The following information summarises some of your key rights.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you're entitled to the following:
up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty, then you can get a refund;
up to six months: if they can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund, in most cases;
up to six years: if the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

We do hope you enjoy your purchase from us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Victoria Jane McKenna product, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange, provided you follow our policy guidelines. These are:
Notify us within 28 days of you receiving the goods that you wish to return an item and we will advise of our authorisation. Please quote your order number during all correspondence. You can email us at email@example.com call us on +44 (0) 844 884 9266.
We must receive items being returned, within 28 days of you receiving the goods.
Goods must be returned unworn, undamaged and complete with all labels and tags as originally attached. The item should be placed in the original packaging, wrapped in the tissue paper, ribbon and within the branded box.
Original outer bag or cardboard packaging should be used where possible. If this is no longer possible, a replacement bag or cardboard packaging may be used.
You should include inside your return, the original Delivery Note that was attached to the original outer packaging. This will help us to process your return efficiently.

2. SALE ITEMS
Sales items are eligible for a credit note. If you wish to return a sale item, items must be returned to us within 28 days.
3. FAULTY ITEMS
Please refer to the advisory section ‘Customer Consumer Rights’ at the top of this policy for information regarding your rights.
Faulty items will be accepted for return if they were faulty when delivered to you.
Please follow advice on care labels, as we cannot accept liability if an item has been damaged or affected through not following the care instructions.
Please be aware that fair wear and tear will not be accepted as a fault.
We will replace faulty items with a new item of the same. You will not be charged for the shipment of the replacement item.
If we cannot replace the item, we will offer you the choice of a credit note or a refund (to include delivery charges incurred by you as part of the original order).
Refunds can only be made to the original card used to purchase returned items.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
Refunds may take up to 30 days to show in your account and are subject to regulations.
Provided they are returned to us within 28 days, we will exchange items that are eligible and as long as stock is available.
If we cannot exchange an item for you, we will offer a refund.
Where exchange has been possible, we will ship the replacement item to you once we have received the original goods being returned
